一种油溶性氨基甲酸钼在加氢基础油中的摩擦学性能研究

摘要: 在实验室合成了一种油溶性润滑油添加剂二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼MoDTC,使用四球试验机、SRV试验机和PDSC评价了该产品在加氢基础油和自主配方API SL汽油机油复合剂调合油品氧化前后的摩擦学性能。结果表明,该剂在HVIH6基础油中具有一定的抗磨性能,在成品油中具有优良的减摩性能,在成品油的使用过程中容易发生氧化降解导致减摩性能降低。

Abstract: A oil-soluble dithiocarbamate molybdenum (MoDTC) was synthesized in lab and its tribological behaviors as additive in hydrogenated base oil (HVIH 6) and in self-owned additive package of API SL gasoline engine oil prior and post to oxidation were evaluated, using four-ball tester,SRV tester and PDSC method. Results indicated that MoDTC additive exhibited certain antiwear performance in HVIH 6 base stock and good extreme anti-friction performance in API SL gasoline engine oil. However, it was found that said additive was easy to be oxidized during service and thus lead to the decrease of anti-friction performance.
