油罐车污染喷气燃料的原因分析

摘要: 分析了罐车装运喷气燃料运输过程中导致喷气燃料银片腐蚀不合格的原因。研究结果表明,某炼油厂罐车装载的喷气燃料中含硫化氢、二氧化硫、三氧化硫、磺酸及硫酸酯的可能性很小,银片腐蚀属于硫化腐蚀。通过模拟罐车运输状态,表明罐车内壁活性硫缓慢溶解于油品中导致喷气燃料银片腐蚀不合格。

Abstract: Causes for failure silver strip test of jet fuel post to tanker transport were discussed. By analyzing the results of silver strip corrosion test, doctor test, determination of mercaptan sulfur, contents of sulfur and nitrogen in jet fuel post to tanker transport,it was found that the existence of H2S, SO2, SO3, sulfuric acid and sulfuric esters in jet fuel was nearly impossible, the silver strip corrosion should be mainly caused by sulfide corrosion. Simulation test of transporting jet fuel by tanker was carried out and results showed that the dissolving of elementary sulfur from inner tank wall to fuel caused the unqualified silver strip corrosion test.
