摘要: 以催化裂化汽油为原料,在固定床加压连续微反装置上,对纳米组装法合成的ZSM-5/MCM-41复合分子筛的汽油降烯烃反应条件进行考察。通过对不同反应温度、压力和空速条件下反应产物的族组成分布、液体收率和积炭量变化的分析,得到了复合分子筛汽油降烯烃反应的最佳工艺条件为:反应温度673 K,反应压力2 MPa,空速3.0 h-1。复合分子筛失活主要是由积炭产生,ZSM-5/MCM-41复合分子筛催化剂具有较好的再生性能。

Abstract: The effects of reaction conditions on the olefin reduction of gasoline over ZSM-5/MCM-41 composite molecular sieve prepared by nano-assembling method were investigated on a continuous micro-reactor unit with pressure using FCC gasoline as feed. By analyzing the influences of various reaction temperature, pressure and WHSV on the liquid yield, coke yield and the group compositions of product, the optimum conditions were obtained as follows: a reaction temperature of 673 K, a reaction pressure of 2 MPa and a WHSV of 3.0 h-1. The performance of ZSM-5/MCM-41 during various reaction times was also evaluated. Results indicated that the deactivation of composite molecular sieve was mainly due to the formation of coke, however, this composite molecular sieve exhibited good regeneration performance.
