催化裂化装置劣质原料加工优化

摘要: 介介绍了镇海炼化分公司催化裂化装置自2005年以来的原料劣质化进程。分别对高镍高酸渣油、高钒渣油、高钠渣油、高硫渣油、高密度蜡油等加工过程进行了阐析,旨在总结经验,以期达到原料与装置、装置与系统的优化匹配,协调好催化裂化装置安全、平稳、高效运行。

Abstract: The FCC feedstock quality of Zhenhai Refinery & Chemical Company has been declined since 2005. In this paper problems occurred during processing inferior feedstocks, such as high nickel and high acid vacuum residue (VR), high vanadium VR, high sodium VR, high sulfur VR and high density VGO, are analyzed and optimization measures for a safety and stable long-term running are summarized.
