FDFCC-Ⅲ技术工业应用中的运行优势与不足

摘要: 将中国石化洛阳分公司催化裂化装置经FDFCC-Ⅲ催化裂化技术改造后的生产运行数据与该装置改造前的生产数据进行对比,结果认为FDFCC技术具有降低汽油硫和烯烃含量、增产液化气、清洁生产等方面的优势,达到了改造的预期目的。结合该公司FDFCC装置的生产形势,对其在能耗、增产丙烯等方面的不足之处进行技术分析,并提出改进建议,为装置检修、改造提供参考。

Abstract: The operation data of FCC unit in SINOPEC Luoyang Company prior and post to revamping by FDFCC-Ⅲ technology were compared. Results showed that the revamping was successful; FDFCC-Ⅲ technology exhibited the advantages of reducing sulfur and olefin contents of gasoline, enhancing LPG yield and providing cleaner production. However, shortcomings of higher energy consumption and less propylene yield during the operation were analyzed technically and some suggestions for further improvement were put forward.
