可生物降解润滑油添加剂的合成与摩擦学性能

摘要: 设计合成了苯并三氮唑磷酸酯衍生物。利用红外光谱表征了其分子结构。考察了苯并三氮唑磷酸酯衍生物作为润滑油添加剂在液体石蜡中的摩擦学和生物降解性能,并探讨了其摩擦学和促进润滑油生物降解的作用机制。结果表明,苯并三氮唑磷酸酯在液体石蜡中有良好的承载力和减摩抗磨性能, 并能显著提高基础油的生物降解性能,是一种潜在的环境友好润滑添加剂。

Abstract: Benzotriazole phosphate derivative was designed, synthesized and characterized by means of FT-IR spectroscopy. The tribological properties and biodegradability of benzotriazole phosphate derivative as additive in liquid paraffin base oil were investigated and their reaction mechanisms were briefly discussed. Results show that the load carrying capacity, anti-wear and friction reducing properties of the base oil are improved significantly by adding said additive, furthermore, the biodegradability of liquid paraffin is improved as well, which infers that benzotriazole phosphate could be a potential environmental friendly lubricating additive.
