连续重整燃料气节能途径探讨

摘要: 分析了青岛炼化公司1.5 Mt/a连续重整单元的工艺特点,通过提高加热炉热效率、优化装置工艺运行条件、增加燃料气来源及提高燃料气品质三个方面降低重整单元的燃料气消耗。通过一系列的改进和改造,从2009年上半年到2010年下半年,燃料气的单耗有了较大幅度的下降,在装置负荷80%的情况下,重整单元单耗下降13.16%;装置负荷100%的情况下,单耗下降19.45%。

Abstract: The characteristics of the 1.5 Mt/a continuous catalytic reforming (CCR) unit in Qingdao Refining & Chemical Company was analyzed, and measures for reducing fuel gas consumption were proposed, such as enhancing the heat efficiency of furnaces, optimizing operation conditions and improving fuel gas qualities. By a series of improvements and revamping, the unit consumption of fuel gas reduced significantly from early 2009 to late 2010: with 80% capacity and full capacity, the unit consumption of fuel gas in CCR unit decreased by 13.16% and 19.45%, respectively.
