摘要: 国内某单套加工能力达10 Mt/a的炼油厂为提高全厂经济效益,围绕催化裂化装置,采取多项技术策略:通过常减压蒸馏装置深拔技术、加氢处理柴油作催化原料、降低催化裂化反应深度三大措施,共实现经济效益27 303万元/a。这些措施对其它炼油厂提高经济效益具有一定借鉴意义。

Abstract: To improve the economic benefits of a 10 Mt/a refinery with FCC unit as one of the key units, various optimization measures were applied including deep vacuum distillation, using hydrotreated diesel as partial FCC feedstock and adopting less severe FCC reaction conditions. Since then a 273.03 million RMB economic effect was obtained annually, this case study could be a reference for other refineries to enhance refining economic benefit.
