ESTABLISHMENT OF TRANSFORMER OIL OXIDATION STABILITY TEST BENCH UNDER HIGH VOLTAGE AC AND DC FIELD

摘要: 在对国内外变压器油氧化台架试验装置调查研究的基础上,设计并建立一套变压器油带电运行台架,提供一种在高压交流或直流电场下评定变压器油氧化安定性的模拟试验方法。在实验室采用该装置对几种不加剂变压器油进行交流、直流电场下的台架氧化试验,结果表明:无论是在交流电场还是直流电场,变压器油带电运行台架均能够很好地区分变压器油氧化安定性的优劣;变压器油在不同类型电场下所表现的氧化安定性有所不同,通常在交流电场下的抗氧化性能比在直流电场下差,而不加电场下的变压器油氧化安定性最好。

Abstract: A transformer oil oxidation stability test bench under electric field was designed and established. Simulation tests for evaluating transformer oil oxidation stability under high voltage DC or AC field were conducted respectively for several kinds of transformer oils. Test results show that distinguished oxidation stabilities of different transformer oils under the different types of electric field can be obtained using the test bench. Transformer oils possess different oxidation stabilities under different types of electric fields. Anti-oxidation performance under DC field is better than that under AC field, while with no electric field is the best.
