分子筛负载双金属协同零价铁处理甲基橙模拟废水研究

STUDY OF TREATMENT OF METHYLORANGE SIMULATED WASTEWATER BY ZEOLITE SUPPERTED BIMETALS WITH ZERO-VALENT IRON

摘要: 以13X分子筛为载体,采用等体积浸渍法负载铜锰双金属,加入到零价铁体系中,在不同进水pH下均能提高零价铁对甲基橙废水的脱色率。通过考察制备条件,研究分子筛负载铜锰双金属协同零价铁处理甲基橙模拟废水脱色性能,实验得出在最佳制备条件下:浸渍液浓度为1.0 mol/L,铜锰摩尔比为1,焙烧温度为300 ℃,反应3 h后甲基橙模拟废水脱色率可达到81%。通过X射线衍射、氮气吸脱附实验、原子吸收等手段进行表征,表明负载金属均匀分散在13X分子筛上,随着焙烧温度的降低金属溶出量增多,溶出的金属在一定程度上有利于甲基橙废水的脱色反应。

Abstract: 13X zeolite loaded with Cu and Mn were prepared by incipient wetness method and characterized by XRD, BET and atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS). The decoloration of methyl orange simulated wastewater with different initial pH was tested by the co-processing of the bimetallic 13X zeolite together with zero-valent iron. It is found that the decoloration of methyl orange simulated wastewater is improved by the co-processing and gets more than 81 % decoloration ratio when treating for 3h using the bimetallic zeolite prepared under the optimal conditions. The optimal preparation conditions are: the concentration of impregnation solution is 1.0mol/L,the mole ratio of copper and manganese is 1.0 and the calcination temperature is 300℃. The characterization results indicate that the metals are uniformly loaded on zeolite and the metal leaching is increased with the decreasing calcination temperature. The leaching metal ions can boost the effect of decoloration of methyl orange simulated wastewater in some extent.
