催化裂化汽油脱硫系统运行方式分析

ANALYSIS OF OPERATION MODE FOR FCC GASOLINE HYDRODESULFURIZATION SYSTEM

摘要: 通过对不同反应温度下催化裂化汽油加氢脱硫效果及运行成本的分析,认为汽油选择性加氢脱硫应维持较低的反应温度,以减少辛烷值损失,同时保持与汽油脱硫醇装置串联运行,既能确保成品汽油硫醇硫质量分数低于10ug/g,又能降低整个催化裂化汽油脱硫系统的运行成本,延长加氢催化剂使用寿命。

Abstract: The effect of FCC gasoline selective hydrodesulfurization and the operation cost at different reaction temperature were analyzed. It is concluded that the lower reaction temperature is better for reducing RON loss and that the process of FCC gaosoline hydrodesulfulization followed by sweetening unit is good for lowering sulfur content of the final product to less than 10 ?g/g and at the same time for reducing the operation cost and prolonging the catalyst service life.
