以硅藻土为原料水热合成ZSM-5分子筛

SYNTHESIS OF ZSM-5 ZEOLITE FROM DIATOMITE BY HYDROTHERMAL CRYSTALLIZATION METHOD

摘要: 以天然矿物硅藻土为主要原料,利用常规水热法合成出了具有较高结晶度的ZSM-5分子筛。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等手段对合成样品进行了表征。考察了晶化时间、晶化温度、合成体系pH以及铝酸钠的加入量等因素对晶化产物的影响。结果表明,以硅藻土为原料,水热法合成ZSM-5分子筛的最适宜条件为:晶化时间48 h,晶化温度170 ℃,合成体系的pH 13.0,铝酸钠的加入量为硅藻土质量的4%。结合XRD和SEM等表征结果,提出了硅藻土水热晶化合成ZSM-5分子筛的可能形成过程。

Abstract: ZSM-5 zeolites were synthesized from diatomite by hydrothermal crystallization method. The resulting samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, FT-IR and scanning electron microscopy. The preparation factors were investigated such as crystallization time and temperature, pH of the synthesis system and the amount of NaAlO2. The results show that the optimal synthesis conditions are: 170 ℃ for 48 h in a solution with a pH value of 13.0 and the amount of NaAlO2 is about 4% of purified diatomite. The possible formation process of the ZSM-5 zeolite from diatomite during the hydrothermal crystallization is put forward based on the XRD and SEM analysis.
