工业应用γ-Al2O3载体表面酸性与微观结构的关系

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SURFACE ACIDITY AND MICROSTRUCTURE OF INDUSTRIAL γ-ALUMINA

摘要: 以3种工业应用- Al2O3载体为研究对象,应用XRD、NMR、TEM、吡啶吸附-脱附等技术分析其表面性质与微观结构,并探索γ- Al2O3载体表面酸性与微观结构的关系。结果表明:3种γ- Al2O3晶粒表面分别为(110),(100),(111)晶面;氧化铝-1(110),(100),(111)晶面所占比例分别为68%,6%,26%;氧化铝-2(110),(100),(111)晶面所占比例分别为63%,19%,18%;氧化铝-3(110),(100),(111)晶面所占比例分别为59%,19%,22%;γ- Al2O3表面晶面比例的不同导致其具有不同的表面酸性,氧化铝-1(110)晶面含量较高,其强酸和中强酸含量相对较高;氧化铝-2、氧化铝-3(100)晶面含量较高,其弱酸含量相对较高。

Abstract: The relationship between the surface acidic and microstructure of gamma-alumina support were studied on three industrial alumina based on the characterizations by XRD,NMR,TEM and pyridine-FTIR. The results show that there are three crystal planes on the surface of alumina: (110),(100) and (111) planes, and the ratio of the three main planes were different on the alumina supports. The ratios of crystal planes (110),(100),(111) on sample alumina-1 ,alumina-2 and alumina-3 are 68%,19%,26%,and 63%,19%,18%,and 59%,19%,22%,respectively. The sample alumina-1 with higher ratio of (110) plane possesses more medium-strong and strong acidity; while the samples alumina-2 and alumina-3 with higher ratio of (100) plane possess more weak acidity.
