几种减摩剂在聚醚油中的性能评价

摘要: 对油酸环氧酯、苯三唑脂肪胺盐、磷酸酯胺盐、非活性硫化脂肪酸酯、硼化酰胺类油酸酯减摩剂与聚醚油的相容性及其摩擦学性能进行了考察。结果表明:磷酸酯胺盐、油酸环氧酯和硼化酰胺类油酸酯与聚醚油的相容性良好,而苯三唑脂肪胺盐和非活性硫化脂肪酸酯与聚醚油的相容性较差;磷酸酯胺盐对聚醚油具有良好的减摩效果以及承载能力,引入磷酸酯胺盐后的新配方产品相较于原配方产品,在承载能力、减摩性能以及摩擦因数、牵引系数方面均有较大的改善。

Abstract: The compatibility and tribological properties of friction reducers(epoxy oleate, benzotriazole aliphatic amine, inactive sulfurized fatty acid ester, and boride oleic acid ester amides)in polyether (PAG) oil were investigated by four-ball test and MTM2 test machine. The results indicate that three kinds of friction reducers have a good compatibility and tribological properties with PAG, except benzotriazole aliphatic amine and inactive sulfurized fatty acid ester. The addition of amine phosphate has good effects on bearing capacity and the friction reduction for polyether. Great improvement in bearing capacity and friction reduction, friction factor, and traction coefficient of the PAG are observed after addition of amine phosphate.
