摘要：

根据陕西延长石油（集团）有限责任公司永坪炼油厂汽油吸附脱硫（S Zorb）装置再生烟气硫含量高、烟气量小的特点，采用有机催化烟气治理工艺，将再生烟气引入烟气脱硫单元，在吸收塔内经过一系列反应，使烟气中二氧化硫最终转化为硫酸铵化肥，处理后尾气中的二氧化硫质量浓度（标准状态）降至100 mg/m3以下，满足工业污染物排放标准要求；同时生产的硫酸铵化肥外观为白色粉末，无可见机械杂质，且产品的氮含量、水分及游离酸含量均符合DL/T 808—2002副产硫酸铵标准要求。

Abstract:

According to the characteristics of high sulfur dioxide content and small gas volume of regenerator flue gas from S Zorb desulfurization device in Yongping Refinery of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum (Group) Co. Ltd., the organic catalytic treatment technology is employed. With this treatment method, the regenerator flue gas is introduced into a desulfurization unit, and then the sulfur dioxide is converted into ammonium sulfate after a series of reactions in absorption tower. After treatment the concentration of sulfur dioxide in the flue gas is reduced to below 100mg/m3, which is in line with the national emission standard. In addition, the appearance of ammonium sulfate product is white powder, no visible mechanical impurities, and the content of nitrogen, moisture and free acid are all in line with the by-product ammonium sulfate standard DL / T 808-2002.
