全二维气相色谱分析柴油中的硫化物分布

摘要:

采用全二维气相色谱和硫化学发光检测器研究建立了柴油馏分中的硫化物类型表征方法。根据标准物质两维保留值、全二维的正交分离特性以及柴油中硫化物分离富集的全二维质谱鉴定结果对柴油中的硫化物进行定性。考察了硫化学发光检测器的等摩尔响应特点以及线性响应范围,采用单点外标以4,6-二甲基二苯并噻吩为标准物建立柴油中硫化物族的定量方法。此方法可按不同碳数给出柴油馏分中的硫醇硫醚类、苯并噻吩类和二苯并噻吩类等化合物分布信息,并给出柴油加氢脱硫中一些重要硫化物的单体信息。

Abstract:

Sulfur-containing compound types in diesel oil were characterized by comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography coupled with a sulfur chemiluminescence detector. Based on the retention values, orthogonal separation characteristics as well as the identification results of two-dimensional mass spectrum, the sulfur compounds were qualitatively identified. The mole response characteristics and linear response range of sulfur chemiluminescence detector were investigated. Using 4,6-dimethyl dibenzothiophene solution as external standard sample,the quantitative analysis on major sulfur compounds was established.
