摘要:
通过物化表征方法考察了4种超稳Y型分子筛(USY)结构的差异,并结合FCC催化剂微反活性评价装置考察其活性。结果表明:USY的总Al2O3含量增加、Si(1Al)结构比例增加,则晶胞常数增大;总Al2O3含量降低、非骨架铝含量降低、Si(1Al)结构比例增加,则分子筛的热稳定性提高;晶胞常数增大、微孔比表面积和孔体积增大,有利于分子筛酸量的增加,活性增强;分子筛非骨架铝和非骨架硅比例增加,可能有利于L酸量的增加。

Abstract:
The structural properties of four kinds of USY zeolites were investigated by catalyst characterization techniques. The activity was evaluated with FCC MAT method. The results indicate that increasing total Al2O3 amount or Si(1Al)ratio means larger lattice constant, less Al2O3 amount and extra-framework Al; higher ratio of Si(1Al) is needed for better thermal stability; larger crystal constant, larger micro-pore surface area and pore volume with unobstructed pore channel are required for better acidity and higher activity. The higher ratio of extra-framework Al and Si is favor of formation of L-acid.
