不同P改性方式对Mo-Co/γ-Al2O3煤焦油加氢脱硫性能的影响

EFFECT OF PHOSPHORUS MODIFICATION SEQUENCE ON HYDRODESULFURIZATION OF COAL TAR OVER Mo-Co/γ-Al2O3

摘要:

在MoO3,CoO,P2O5质量分数分别为13.50%,2.11%,4.16%的条件下,采用不同P改性方式制备了3种P改性催化剂,考察了催化剂的不同P改性方式对气化焦油馏分油加氢脱硫性能的影响,采用X射线衍射(XRD)、程序升温还原(H2-TPR)、高分辨率透射电镜(HRTEM)等手段对催化剂的理化性质进行表征。结果表明:不同P改性方式对催化剂的孔结构、酸分布、活性组分还原性和硫化性等理化性质有不同影响,从而改变了催化剂的加氢脱硫性能;预浸渍磷酸制备的催化剂对焦油馏分油表现出较佳的加氢脱硫活性,脱硫率达到96.98%。

Abstract:

Three catalysts with fixed compositions of MoO3, CoO, P2O5 of 13.50%, 2.11% and 4.16%, respectively were prepared by substep impregnation method with different P modification orders and characterized by XRD, H2-TPR, HRTEM techniques. The effect of phosphorus modification sequence on hydrodesulfurization performance of the catalysts was studied with the gasification tar distillates as raw materials. The results show that the P modification orders have different effect on acid sites distribution, reduction and sulfurization of active components as well as the pore structure of the catalysts, leading to a different HDS performance. The catalyst prepared by phosphoric acid pre-impregnation has the highest hydrodesulfurization activity;the sulfur removal rate reaches 96.98%.
