摘要: 通过对影响催化剂活性和稳定性关键因素的分析,中国石化石油化工科学研究院创建“反应分子与活性相最优匹配(ROCKET)”制备技术平台,并在此基础上开发了高活性、高稳定性和高性价比的柴油超深度加氢脱硫催化剂RS-2100(NiMo型)和RS-2200(CoMo型)。工业应用结果表明,RS-2100和RS-2200催化剂都能够长期连续稳定运转,生产满足国V排放标准的柴油,表现出了优异的活性和稳定性,同时催化剂具有较低的装填密度和较低的制造成本,因此具有较高的性价比和较强的市场竞争力。

Abstract: Reactant-active phase Optimization & Cost-effective Key Technology,ROCKET, was created through the analysis of the key factors affecting catalyst activity and stability. The highly active RS-2100 (NiMo) and RS-2200 (CoMo) catalysts with a high cost performance ratio were developed based on ROCKET technology and characterized by high hydrodesulfurization (HDS) activity, excellent stability, low bulk density and low cost. Industrial application results show that the RS-2100 and RS-2200 catalysts are capable of long-term continuous and stable operation for production of ultra-low sulfur diesel (ULSD) meeting National V emission standard, indicating the strong market competitiveness of the catalysts.
