摘要: 对中国石油吉林石化公司应用MIP技术在常规催化裂化装置上的改造与应用情况进行了分析。标定结果表明:与改造前相比,改造后产品分布与产品性质均得到改善,总液体收率提高了0.8百分点;汽油中烯烃体积分数降低了5.1百分点,RON提高了1.6个单位,达到89以上,可满足汽油调合组分的出厂需求;液化气中丙烯体积分数增加了3百分点以上;柴油和油浆性质变差,有利于反应过程中氢的有效利用。

Abstract: The revamping of FCCU followed by the application of MIP technology at Jilin Petrochemical Company was introduced. After revamping,the product distribution and gasoline properties are improved. The total liquid yield is increased by 0.3%, the olefin content in gasoline reduced by 5%. The RON increased by 1.6, up to 89, meeting the requirement for gasoline blending. Propylene content in LPG increased by over 3.0 percentage points. The properties of diesel and slurry become worse, indicating the effective use of hydrogen in the reaction process.
