甲醇制丙烯催化剂再生工艺研究

摘要: 探讨了甲醇制丙烯(MTP)催化剂的再生温度、再生气体氧含量、再生气体流率和再生时间等对再生后催化剂反应性能的影响。实验结果表明:这些再生工艺条件的变化均不改变MTP催化剂的晶相结构;优化的再生工艺条件为:温度500~600 ℃,气体中氧气含量不小于9.19%,气体流率1 500~2 100 mL/(g.h),时间6~9 h。

Abstract: This paper discussed the effect of regeneration temperature and time, oxygen concentration and flow rate of regeneration gas on the performance of regenerated MTP catalyst. The changes of the regeneration conditions in the experimental ranges did not change the crystal structure of the catalyst. The optimized regeneration conditions are as follows: 500-600℃and 6-9h, oxygen concentration in regeneration gas ≥9.19% and regeneration gas flow rate of 1500-2100mL/(g.h).
