连续重整催化剂更换周期的经济效益对比

摘要: 针对连续重整催化剂更换周期的选择问题,基于中国石化金陵分公司1.0 Mt/a连续重整装置催化剂使用2个生产周期的工业应用数据,从催化剂使用成本、“三剂”及燃料气消耗成本、产品收率等方面,综合分析1个生产周期(4年)和2个生产周期(8年)更换新催化剂方案下装置产生的经济效益。结果表明,1个生产周期更换新催化剂的经济效益比2个生产周期更换新催化剂的经济效益高1 987万元/a,同时可减少因腐蚀造成的非计划停工次数。

Abstract: The replacement of CCR catalyst is an important process for refineries. Based on the data in two cycles of 1.0 MMt/a CCR unit of Jinling branch, SINOPEC, the economic benefits of the device under the replacement of a new catalyst in 1 cycle (4 years) and 2 cycle (8 years) were comprehensively analyzed from catalyst cost, fuel gas consumption, and product yield. The results show that the economic benefit of replacing new catalysts in one production cycle is 19.87 million Yuan /a higher than that in two production cycles. Replacing a new catalyst with one production cycle is more economical and can also reduce the number of unscheduled shutdown due to corrosion.
