摘要: 中国石化塔河炼化有限责任公司300 kt/a C5/C6异构化装置采用UOP公司低温异构化技术,工艺流程为Penex-DIH(异构化反应-脱异己烷塔),以重整预加氢装置预分馏塔塔顶的C5/C6轻石脑油为原料,生产研究法辛烷值大于85的异构化产品。对该装置2015—2018年运行的原料油组成和杂质含量、装置的操作工艺条件、异构化产品性质、物料平衡及能耗等进行总结,并对装置运行过程中存在的问题进行分析,提出改进和优化的建议。

Abstract: UOP Penex-DIH low temperature isomerization technology was first adopted in 300 kt/a C5/C6 isomerization unit of SINOPEC Tahe Company to produce the gasoline blending component with RON≥85 using the C5/C6 light naphtha at the top of the pre-distillation column as raw material. This paper mainly summarizes the composition of raw oil and its impurities, operating conditions, properties of isomerized products, material balance and energy consumption of the unit from 2015 to 2018, and analyzes the existing problems in the operation, and puts forward suggestions for improvement and optimization.
