选择性催化还原系统在重油催化裂化烟气脱硝中的应用

摘要: 为适应新的环保标准,2017年中国石化广州分公司针对重油催化裂化外排烟气NOx含量过高的难题,在CO锅炉省煤段处加装了选择性催化还原(SCR)系统,以提高烟气脱硝效果。工程应用状况表明,加装SCR系统后,烟气脱硝效果明显提高,在实现脱硝的同时并未对后续烟气脱硫外排水污染物浓度造成影响,外排烟气中NOx质量浓度由162.9mg/m3降至58.4mg/m3,达到《石油炼制工业污染物排放标准》GB 31570—2015中敏感区特别限值排放标准。

Abstract: In order to meet the new requirements of environmental protection standards, SINOPEC Guangzhou Petrochemcal Company installed an selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system in the coal-saving section of the CO boiler to improve the denitration efficiency of the flue gas of RFCC unit in 2017. The application status of the project showed that the denitration efficiency was obviously improved after the SCR system was installed, and it would not lead a high pollutant concentration to the subsequent flue gas desulfurization waste water. The content of NOx components dropped from 162.9 mg/m3 to 58.4 mg/m3, which could reach the special limit emission standards for sensitive areas in the Petroleum Refining Industry Pollutant Emission Standard GB 31570-2015.
