摘要: 以两种环烷基减压馏分油为原料,对环烷基油生产橡胶填充油的两种主要的降凝工艺——临氢降凝和异构脱蜡进行了比较。试验结果表明,异构脱蜡工艺在目的产品收率及产品质量上均明显优于临氢降凝工艺,是加工环烷基减压馏分油的首选技术。

Abstract: Hydrodewaxing and hydroisomerization for rubber extender oil production were compared using two kinds of typical naphthenic VGOs. The test results proved that the hydroisomerization process was better than hydrodewaxing process in aspect of product yield and quality, and is the preferred technology for rubber extender oil production from naphthenic oils.
