C4加氢产物作乙烯原料的研究及经济性分析

STUDY AND ECONOMIC ANALYSIS ON HYDROGENATION OF C4 FOR ETHYLENE PRODUCTION

摘要: 利用自制催化剂,以C4馏分(简称C4)为原料,在小型固定床装置上进行加氢试验,结果表明,经加氢处理后,C4中的烯烃质量分数降至2.32%。经蒸汽裂解模拟评价,加氢C4裂解的三烯(乙烯+丙烯+丁二烯)收率达到48.16%~50.94%。对加氢C4作为乙烯原料进行了简单的经济性分析,就三烯收率而言,1 t 加氢C4与0.917 t乙烯原料油相当,表明加氢C4是较好的乙烯原料。

Abstract: Using C4 fraction as raw material, hydrogenation experiment was carried out in a small fixed bed unit with self-made catalyst. The results showed that the olefin mass fraction in hydrogenated C4 fraction decreased to 2.32%, the total yield of ethylene, propylene and butadiene reached 48.16%-50.94% after simulated evaluation of hydrogenated C4 pyrolysis. A simple economic analysis of hydrogenated C4 was carried out. The results indicated that in terms of the yield of three kinds of olefins, one ton hydrogenated C4 was equivalent to 0.917t ethylene feedstock, indicating that the hydrogenated C4 is a better feedstock for ethylene production.
