摘要: 为了控制催化裂化装置(FCCU)提升管内油气流率与催化裂化反应的深度,需要对提升管内剂油比进行实时检测和调节。针对FCCU提升管出口T型弯头结构,提出了一种基于T型弯头压降与颗粒质量流率关系进行提升管内剂油比的检测方法。该检测方法不改变提升管结构,直接利用T型弯头的阻力特性,测量过程安全简单;通过试验装置进行考察的结果表明,该检测方法具有可行性和测量数据的可信性。

Abstract: The catalyst/oil ratio in the riser of FCCU has an important influence on the reaction depth. It is necessary to monitor and regulate the catalyst/oil ratio in real-time. A real-time measuring method for catalyst/oil ratio in the riser of FCCU was proposed based on the relationship between pressure drop and particle mass flow rate in the T-bend at exit of the riser. The results indicated that the method is feasible and the measured data is credible.
