环烷基减四线馏分油加氢精制-糠醛萃取制备环保橡胶增塑剂的研究

PREPARATION OF ECOFRIENDLY RUBBER PLASTICIZER BYHYDRIFINING-FURFURAL EXTRACTION FROM NAPHTHENIC-BASE HVGO

摘要: 以SZ36-1环烷基减四线馏分油为原料,考察加氢精制-糠醛单段萃取以及加氢精制-糠醛两段萃取两种组合工艺制备高芳烃含量环保橡胶增塑剂的技术可行性。结果表明:采用两种组合工艺均可以制得满足国家标准指标要求的橡胶增塑剂产品,加氢精制-糠醛单段萃取可以制得环保橡胶增塑剂A1220产品,在产品收率上更具优势;加氢精制-糠醛两段萃取可以制得环保橡胶增塑剂A1820产品,在产品的芳碳率上更具优势。

Abstract: The environmental friendly rubber plasticizer with high CA value was prepared in laboratory by two kinds of combined processes: hydrofining-single stage furfural extraction and hydrofining-two stage furfural extractions, using naphthenic-base HVGO of SZ36-1 crude as raw material. The results showed that both of the combined processes could produce the rubber plasticizers meeting the specifications of national standard. Rubber plasticizer A1220 could be produced by hydrofining-single stage furfural extraction with higher yield; while rubber plasticizer A1820 with higher CA could be produced by hydrofining-two stage furfural extractions.
