Par-Isom C5 /C6 ISOMERIZATION TECHNOLOGY AND ITS INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION

摘要: 中国石油庆阳石化分公司为配合产品质量升级,使出厂汽油的性能满足国Ⅵ车用汽油排放标准,采用UOP公司的Par-Isom C5/C6异构化技术及“脱异戊烷塔+异构化反应”工艺流程,以重整拔头油和芳烃抽余油为原料生产高辛烷值的C5/C6异构烷烃。工业应用结果表明,采用Par-Isom 异构化技术,产品密度小,不含烯烃、芳烃和硫,异构化汽油收率为98.42%,研究法辛烷值达到83.3,比原料提高7.3,硫质量分数为0.34 μg/g,饱和蒸气压为110~120 kPa,产品质量合格,达到装置技术控制指标要求,提高了汽油的辛烷值,优化了汽油池辛烷值的分布。

Abstract: In order to upgrade the quality of gasoline pool to meet the China Ⅵ emission standard for motor gasoline, PetroChina Qingyang Petrochemical Company selected UOP,s Par-Isom C5/C6 isomerization process and " deisopentane column and isomerization reaction" process to produce high octane number C5/C6 isoalkanes from light naphtha and raffinate. The product had low density without olefins, aromatics and sulfur. The results of industrial application showed that the product yield of isomerized gasoline was 98.42%, the research octane number reached 83.3, 7.3 units higher than feed, sulfur mass fraction was 0.34 μg/g, RVP was 110-120 kPa, all quality indexes of the product were qualified, reached design index of the unit. The octane number of gasoline pool was increased, and the distribution of octane number of gasoline pool was optimized.
