大型芳烃联合装置在炼化一体化加工方案中的优化设计

摘要: 通过对芳烃联合装置C8芳烃资源的加工方案进行分析,优化了大型芳烃联合装置中C8芳烃异构化装置的设计;利用芳烃联合装置的工艺特点,综合利用超高压蒸汽及低温余热,优化全厂蒸汽平衡,实现全厂蒸汽梯级利用,降低了炼化一体化加工方案的操作成本。通过对芳烃联合装置中C8芳烃资源的综合分析、节能方案的讨论以及新技术的评估,提出优化思路,为进一步提高装置经济性、降低操作成本、增强企业竞争力提供建议,芳烃联合装置新技术的使用对进一步降低芳烃装置的能耗是可行的。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of C8 aromatics source, the design of C8 aromatics isomerization unit in the aromatics complex was optimized. According to the process characteristics of aromatic complex unit, the steam balance of the whole plant was optimized by using ultra-high pressure steam and comprehensive utilization of low temperature waste heat, and the cascade utilization of steam in the whole plant was realized, which reduced the operation cost of the integrated refining and chemical processing. Based on the comprehensive analysis of C8 aromatics resources in aromatics complex, the energy saving schemes and the evaluation of new technologies, the optimization ideas were put forward to provide the basis for further improving the economy of the unit, reducing operating cost and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. The application of new technologies in aromatics complex is feasible to further reduce the energy consumption of aromatics complex.
