加氢装置节能途径探讨

摘要: 从工艺节能、设备节能、装置间联合节能3个角度探讨加氢装置的节能途径。其中,工艺节能途径主要为选用节能型工艺技术和优化工艺流程;设备节能途径主要为设置压缩机气量无级调节系统、液力透平等能量节约/回收设施;装置联合节能途径包括装置间氢气梯级利用、能量传递、热进料和热出料联合等方案。

Abstract: The energy-saving ways for hydrogenation unit were discussed from three aspects: process energy saving, equipment energy-saving and joint energy -saving among units. Among them, the selection of energy-saving process technology and optimization of process flow were discussed; for equipment energy -saving, setting up stepless regulation system of compressor gas volume and energy saving/recovery facilities such as hydraulic permeability were highlighted; while for joint energy-saving of devices, the joint scheme of hydrogen cascade utilization, energy transfer and heat inlet/outlet between devices were discussed.
