分子筛吸附脱除烷基化油中微量氯化物的研究

STUDY OF REMOVAL OF TRACE CHLORIDE IN ALKYLATE BY MOLECULAR SIEVE ADSORBENT

摘要: 对多种分子筛的脱氯效果进行了对比和筛选,结果表明NaY分子筛具有良好的脱氯性能。以NaY分子筛原粉为活性组分,采用混捏法制备NaY分子筛吸附剂,并以烷基化油为原料,详细考察了NaY分子筛吸附剂的制备条件对吸附剂脱氯性能的影响。试验结果表明,在NaY分子筛原粉/黏结剂质量比为 2.0、焙烧温度为 400 ℃、焙烧时间为3 h的条件下,所制备的NaY分子筛吸附剂在吸附温度为 25 ℃、体积空速为1.0 h-1的优化条件下穿透氯容可达 3.11%,且具有良好的重复利用性。

Abstract: The dechlorination effects of various molecular sieves were compared and screened, and the results showed that NaY molecular sieves had good dechlorination performance. Molecular sieve adsorbent was prepared by kneading method with NaY molecular sieve powder as active component, and the effect of preparation conditions on the dachlorination performance of the adsorbent was investigated with ionic liquid alkylate as raw material. The experimental results showed that using the adsorbent prepared under the optimized conditions of the mass ratio of NaY powder to binder being 2.0,the calcination temperature of 400 ℃ for 3 h,and at the adsorption temperature of 25 ℃ and LHSV of 1.0h-1, the penetration chlorine capacity could reach 3.11% ,and the adsorbent indicated a good reusability.
