炼化企业氢气资源优化综合利用

OPTIMIZATION AND COMPREHENSIVE UTILIZATION OF HYDROGEN RESOURCES IN PETROCHEMICAL ENTERPRISE

摘要: 陕西延长石油(集团)有限责任公司炼化公司300 kt/a丙烷/异丁烷混合脱氢装置副产的氢气,一部分自用,剩余部分仅作为补充燃料气使用,造成资源浪费。对剩余氢气进行优化综合利用改造,作为2.40 Mt/a柴油精制装置和1.80 Mt/a汽油精制装置备用氢源,避免了因连续重整装置停工而导致的二次停工,提高了装置运行的连续性;用等温变压吸附(PSA)提纯后的高纯度氢气替代聚丙烯装置制氢站氢气,每年可节省大量的电费。此外,混合脱氢装置产物压缩机(REC)干气密封由氮气更换为1.20 Mt/a重整装置氢气,加快了混合脱氢装置开车进度,避免了置换泄漏氮气所用的氢气和丙烷的浪费,提高了企业经济效益。

Abstract: A part of hydrogen from propane/isobutane dehydrogenation unit is used for the unit own use, and the rest was only used as a supplementary fuel gas, resulting in a large waste of resources. The surplus hydrogen was optimized and comprehensively utilized as a hydrogen source for 2.4 Mt/a diesel hydroupgrading unit and 1.8 Mt/a gasoline hydrorefining unit, so it could avoid the secondary shutdown caused by the shutdown of the reforming unit and improve the continuity of the unit operation. Furthermore, the high purity hydrogen purified by PSA can replace the hydrogen used in polypropylene unit which is produced by hydrogen generator station, saving a lot of electricity cost every year. In addition, the gas seal of the product compressor(REC)of the dehydrogenation unit is changed from nitrogen to hydrogen of the reforming unit, which speeds up the start-up of the unit and avoids the waste of hydrogen and propane, and improves the economic benefit of the enterprise.
