摘要: 介绍了谷电制氢的必要性,并进行了谷电制氢的经济性分析。制氢装置可根据电网需求调节负荷,提高可再生能源部署能力,同时保障国家能源安全,并有效减排二氧化碳。所制氢气可用于氢气储能,注入天然气作为燃料气,用于炼油厂油品精制或炼钢,以及用于燃料电池汽车等。谷电制氢具有一定的经济性。应加大低成本、高能效电解槽的研发投入,开展管道掺氢输送的相关研究,以及可再生能源制氢在炼化企业应用的方案研究。

Abstract: The necessity of hydrogen production by using valley electricity is introduced, and the economy is analyzed. The hydrogen generation unit can be used to adjust the power grid load according to the demand, to improve the deployment capacity of renewable energy, to guarantee the national energy security, and to effectively reduce carbon dioxide emission. The hydrogen can be used for hydrogen energy storage, fuel gas by injection of natural gas, oil product refining or steelmaking, and fuel cell vehicles, etc., which can bring economic benefits from hydrogen production using valley electricity. It is suggested that more efforts should be put to increase the research and development investment of low-cost and high-energy efficiency electrolyzer, to carry out the relevant research on pipeline hydrogen transportation, and to carry out the research on the application scheme of renewable energy hydrogen production in refining and chemical enterprises.
