蒽醌法制双氧水加氢催化剂EK-Ⅲ的研制及工业应用

DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF HYDROGENATION CATALYST EK-Ⅲ FOR PRODUCING HYDROGEN PEROXIDE THROUGH ANTHRAQUINONE ROUTE

摘要: 采用自产大孔球形氧化铝载体和专有技术研制出新型蒽醌加氢制过氧化氢(双氧水)催化剂EK-Ⅲ。制备的EK-Ⅲ催化剂比表面积在170 m2/g以上,堆密度在0.42 g/mL左右,有大比表面积、低堆密度的特性;其钯分布更广泛也更富集,载钯厚度仅为60~70 μm。催化剂EK-Ⅲ在吉林市双欧化工有限公司进行了工业应用,结果表明:与国内某工业产品催化剂R相比,EK-Ⅲ催化剂在装填量少30%的情况下,每吨催化剂的双氧水产能仍高出20%以上;EK-Ⅲ催化剂活性较高、选择性较好、稳定运行周期较长。

Abstract: A new hydrogenation catalyst EK-Ⅲ for producing hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) through anthraquinone route was developed by using self-made spherical alumina support and proprietary technology. The catalyst has the characteristics of large specific surface area(more than 170 m2/g), low bulk density (0.42 g/mL), and widely and enriched palladium distribution with the thickness of palladium of only 60—70 μm. The industrial application of the catalyst EK-Ⅲ in Jilin Shuang’ou Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. shows that compared with a domestic industrial product catalyst R, the capacity of hydrogen peroxide per ton of catalyst is still more than 20% higher when the loading amount of EK-Ⅲ catalyst is less than 30%,showing that the EK-Ⅲ catalyst is featured ashigher activity, the better selectivity, and longer stable operation cycle.
