摘要: 二甲苯塔是芳烃分离的关键设备,也是能量消耗较高的设备。利用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件,对吉林石化二甲苯塔进行建模。通过模型计算值和实际值的对比,验证了模型的准确性。利用软件的优化器和灵敏度分析功能,研究了操作条件变化对二甲苯塔分离效果及塔底热负荷的影响。根据分析结果,在实际生产中通过降低回流量对二甲苯塔进行了节能优化。在保证产品质量的基础上,降低了操作费用。

Abstract: Xylene rectification column is the key equipment for aromatics separation with high energy consumption. Aspen Plus process simulation software was used to model the xylene rectification column of PetriChina Jilin Petrochemical Company Refinery. The accuracy of the model was verified by comparing the calculated values with the actual values. By the optimization and the sensitivity function of the software, the influence of operating conditions on the separation efficiency and the thermal load at the bottom of the xylene rectification column was studied. According to the analysis results, the energy-saving optimization of xylene rectification column was carried out by reducing the reflux rate in practical production. On the basis of ensuring product quality, the operation cost was reduced.
