炼油企业胺液系统问题分析及优化建议

摘要: 通过函调及现场调研,对28家炼油企业胺液装置的运行情况,从胺液系统数量、胺液循环量、胺液浓度、胺液硫化氢含量等方面进行了深入分析,针对胺液发泡、设备腐蚀等常见问题进行了剖析,提出了整合胺液系统、增上净化设施、规范胺液运行操作、采用新型脱硫剂和抗堵抑泡塔盘等优化建议。

Abstract: Through correspondence and on-site investigation, the operating conditions of amine liquid installations in 28 petroleum refineries were analyzed in terms of the number of amine liquid systems, the circulation volume of amine liquid, the concentration of amine liquid, and the hydrogen sulfide content in amine liquid, and common problems, such as amine liquid foaming and equipment corrosion were investigated. The optimization suggestions for amine liquid systems were put forward, such as integrating amine liquid systems, adding purification facilities, standardizing the operation of the amine liquid, and using new desulfurizes, anti-clogging and foam suppression trays.
