基于Aspen Plus模拟优化MTBE裂解制高纯异丁烯工艺

SIMULATION AND OPTIMIZATION OF MTBE CRACKING TO PRODUCE HIGH PURITY ISOBUTENE BASED ON ASPEN PLUS

摘要: 以某公司甲基叔丁基醚裂解制备高纯异丁烯装置为研究对象,利用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件构建该装置全流程稳态模型,得到的模型与实际运行情况相符合。在此基础上运用灵敏度分析工具,在保证满足产品质量要求的前提下,以降低装置能耗为目标对装置精馏塔塔顶压力、塔顶回流比等重要操作参数进行优化分析。根据分析结果调整各蒸馏塔操作参数后,塔底再沸器总负荷降低 1 347 kW,塔底蒸汽用量降低约2.12 t/h,每年可增加经济效益约254.4万元。

Abstract: Taking a MTBE cracking unit for producing high-purity isobutene as the research object, a steady-state model of the whole process of the unit was built by using Aspen Plus software. On this basis, using the sensitivity analysis tool, and on the premise of satisfying the product quality requirements, the paper optimized and analyzed important operating parameters of the distillation column pressure and reflux ratio at the top of the column in order to reduce the energy consumption of the unit. The results showed that the total load of the column bottom reboilers was reduced by 1 347 kW, the steam consumption of the column bottom reboilers was reduced by 2.12 t/h after the implementation of the optimization scheme, and the annual economic benefit was about 2.544 million Yuan.
