真硫化态催化剂在加氢处理装置上的开工应用

START-UP AND APPLICATION OF THE EX-SITU TRULY SULFIDED HYDROTREATING CATALYSTS IN HYDROGENATION UNIT

摘要: 介绍了1.7 Mt/a重整预加氢装置、0.6 Mt/a喷气燃料馏分加氢精制装置、2.2 Mt/a液相柴油加氢精制装置、0.8 Mt/a加氢裂化装置采用真硫化态催化剂的开工情况。真硫化态催化剂开工过程不仅可避免使用硫化剂,不产生含硫化氢废气和酸性污水,并且可大幅缩短开工时间。从开始进油到产出合格产品,各装置节省开工时间的情况为:石脑油加氢装置和喷气燃料馏分加氢装置分别用时21.5 h和15 h;柴油液相加氢装置的时间节约效果最为明显,从148 h缩短到27 h;加氢裂化装置从进油到炉出口温度达300 ℃进入调整阶段共用时14 h,相比于氧化态加氢催化剂的开工过程节省时间超过30 h。

Abstract: The application of ex-situ truly sulfided hydrotreating catalysts in 1.7 Mt/a naphtha hydrofining, 0.6 Mt/a kerosene hydrofining, 2.2 Mt/a liquid-phase diesel hydrofining and 0.8 Mt/a hydrocracking was introduced. The start-up process of the truly sulfided catalyst can not only avoids the use of sulfiding agent and does not produce waste gas containing hydrogen sulfide and acidic sewage,but also greatly reduces the start-up time. From the beginning of oil feeding to the production of qualified products, the time for naphtha hydrogenation and jet fuel hydrogenation was 21.5 h and 15 h, respectively. The time saving effect of liquid-phase diesel hydrogenation unit was the most obvious, from 130 h to 27 h. It took 14 h from the inlet to the outlet temperature of 300 ℃, which saves more than 30 h compared with the start-up time of the oxidized catalyst.
