纳米氧化锌与阴离子和非离子表面活性剂协同作用降低稠油黏度的研究

SYNERGISTIC EFFECT OF NANO-ZINC OXIDE AND ANIONIC SURFACTANT AND NONIONIC SURFACTANT TO REDUCE VISCOSITY OF HEAVY CRUDE OIL

摘要: 研究了Tween-80和十二烷基苯磺酸等17种表面活性剂和ZnO、Fe3O4纳米颗粒对新疆稠油的分散降黏效果,采用元素分析、凝胶渗透色谱、傅里叶变换红外光谱等方法对新疆稠油中沥青质组分和结构进行表征,并结合稠油流变测试的结果对降黏机理进行探讨。结果表明:用Tween-80、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和ZnO纳米颗粒复配组成的YTSZ-2分散降黏剂具有好的分散降黏效果,在65 ℃和200 mg/L加剂量下对新疆稠油的降黏率达到44.34%;加入YTSZ-2分散降黏剂后,沥青质芳香片层间距增大,芳香层厚度、芳香层直径和芳香片层数均减小,使沥青质颗粒粒径变小,从而降低稠油黏度。

Abstract: The dispersion and viscosity reduction effects of seventeen surfactants and nano-ZnO and nano-Fe3O4 on Xinjiang heavy crude were studied, the surfactants including Tween-80 and dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid, etc. The composition and structure of the asphaltene in Xinjiang heavy crude were characterized by element analysis, gel permeation chromatography, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,etc,and the mechanism of viscosity reduction was discussed based on the rheological test results of heavy crude. The results showed that the YTSZ-2 dispersion viscosity reducer composed of Tween-80, sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate and nano-ZnO had good dispersion viscosity reduction effect, the viscosity reduction rate of Xinjiang heavy crude reached 44.34% at the condition of 65 ℃ and dosage of 200 mg/L. The thickness, diameter and number of aromatic layers decreased with the increase of asphaltene lamellar spacing, and the asphaltene particle size decreased, thus the viscosity of heavy oil decreased.
