丁二酸单酯型柴油抗磨剂的合成及表征

SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF MONOESTER SUCCINATE ANTI-WEAR AGENT FOR DIESEL FUEL

摘要: 为克服脂肪酸型柴油抗磨剂的性能不足,以丁二酸酐与7-辛烯-1-醇进行酯化反应,合成了一种丁二酸单酯柴油抗磨剂;优化了反应投料比、反应温度、反应时间等反应参数,得到了最佳合成工艺条件;采用红外光谱、高频往复试验表征合成产物的结构和润滑抗磨性能。结果表明:合成丁二酸单酯的加剂质量分数仅为150 μg/g时即可满足柴油抗磨要求(高频往复试验钢球磨斑直径不大于420 μm),加剂量比脂肪酸型抗磨剂降低40%;而且,以合成的丁二酸单酯为柴油抗磨剂,对柴油其他理化性能的影响很小,柴油满足国VI标准。

Abstract: In order to overcome the deficiency of fatty acid type diesel anti-wear agent, a kind of succinic acid monoester diesel anti-wear agent was synthesized by esterification reaction of succinic anhydride and 7-octene-1-alcohol. The reaction parameters such as feed ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time were optimized, and the best synthesis process was obtained. The structure and lubrication anti-wear performance of the synthesized products were characterized by infrared spectroscopy and high-frequency reciprocating test. The results showed that when the mass fraction of the additive was only 150 μg/g, it could meet the anti-wear requirements of diesel (the diameter of wear spot of steel ball in high frequency reciprocating test is no more than 420 μm), and the additive dosage was 40% lower than that of fatty acid type anti-wear agent. Moreover, the synthetic succinic acid monoester as diesel anti-wear agent had little effect on other physical and chemical properties of diesel, and the quality of diesel could meet the China VI standard.
