生物柴油对发动机油抗氧化性能的影响

摘要: 介绍了生物柴油对发动机油抗氧化性能影响的研究现状,并参考CEC L-109的方法自主研发了与该标准方法专用生物柴油B100苛刻度一致的生物柴油配方,用于评价生物柴油对发动机油抗氧化性能的影响;进而,考察了棕榈油生物柴油、地沟油生物柴油及自制生物柴油对ACEA规格和API规格发动机油抗氧化性能的影响。结果发现:生物柴油中不饱和脂肪酸含量越高,对油品抗氧化性能的影响越大;不同原料制备的生物柴油对发动机油抗氧化性能的影响规律相似,主要与生物柴油中的不饱和脂肪酸的含量、发动机油的基础油类型和添加剂含量有关。

Abstract: The research status of effect of biodiesel on anti-oxidation performance of engine oils was introduced, and a biodiesel formula with the same rigor as CEC L-109 was independently designed to evaluate the anti-oxidation performance of engine oils. The effects of palm oil biodiesel, gutter oil biodiesel and self-designed biodiesel on the anti-oxidation performance of engine oil according with ACEA specification and API specification were investigated. The results showed that the higher the content of unsaturated fatty acids in biodiesel, the greater the effects on anti-oxidation performance of biodiesel. The effect of biodiesel prepared from different raw materials on the anti-oxidation performance of engine oil was similar, which was mainly related to the content of unsaturated fatty acids in biodiesel, the type of based oil and the content of additives in engine oil.
