摘要: 介绍了常压蒸馏塔塔顶内部、换热系统管线以及塔底高温部位的腐蚀状况和塔顶循环(顶循)系统运行状况,分析了低温部位硫化氢+盐酸+水腐蚀和高温部位硫+环烷酸腐蚀的机理和原因,提出了合理选择设备材质、原料油品质管控、优化“一脱三注”管理、增加顶循除盐系统等防腐措施。

Abstract: The corrosion and operation of overhead recycle system in atmospheric distillation column were introduced, including the inside of the overhead recycle system of the column, the pipelines of heat exchange system and the high temperature part at the bottom of the column. The corrosion mechanism and causes of H2S+HCl+H2O corrosion at low temperature part and sulfur + naphthenic acid corrosion at high temperature part were analyzed, respectively. Some anticorrosion measures were put forward, such as reasonable selection of equipment materials, quality control of crude oil, optimization of “one removal and three injections”, and addition of desalting drum for overhead recycle system.
