全硫化型FHUDS-10催化剂的首次工业应用

FIRST INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION OF FULLY SULFURIZED FHUDS-10 CATALYST

摘要: 介绍了全硫化型FHUDS-10催化剂在山东京博石油化工有限公司1.2 Mt/a柴油加氢装置的首次工业应用情况。结果表明:与采用氧化态催化剂相比,采用全硫化型FHUDS-10催化剂的开工时间缩短约20 h;以直馏柴油和焦化汽柴油混合油为原料,在压力为7.4 MPa、入口温度为314 ℃、出口温度为364 ℃、主催化剂体积空速为0.85 h-1的条件下对装置运行情况进行标定,所得精制柴油产品的多环芳烃质量分数为4.2%,硫质量分数为4.0μg/g;装置稳定运行7个月以来,生产的精制柴油硫含量满足车用柴油国Ⅵ质量标准,说明全硫化型FHUDS-10催化剂具有良好的活性。

Abstract: The first commercial application of fully sulfurized FHUDS-10 catalyst in a 1.2 Mt/a diesel hydrogenation unit in Chambroad Petrochemical Co., Ltd. was introduced. The results showed that the start-up time of FHUDS-10 catalyst was shortened by about 20 hours compared with that of conventional oxidation-state catalyst. The sulfur mass fraction of refined diesel was 4.0μg/g and the mass fraction polycyclic aromatic was 4.2% under the conditions of a reaction pressure of 7.4 MPa, a reactor inlet temperature of 314 ℃,a reactor outlet temperature of 364 ℃, and a main catalyst volume space velocity of 0.85 h-1 during calibration with the mixture of straight-run diesel and coker gasoline-diesel as raw material. Since its stable application for 7 months, the refined diesel can meet the quality standard of China standard VI, which indicates that the fully sulfurized FHUDS-10 catalyst has good activity.
