沸腾床渣油加氢未转化油电场净化防结焦技术研究

STUDY ON ANTI-COKING TECHNOLOGY OF UNCONVERTED OIL FROM EBULLATED-BED RESIDUE HYDROTREATER BY ELECTRIC FIELD PURIFICATION

摘要: 沸腾床渣油加氢未转化油中富含沥青质和甲苯不溶物的重质不稳定组分是影响未转化油二次加工性能的重要因素。基于这些组分的极性和带电特性,提出施加电场进行脱除的方法,并以未转化油为原料,考察了温度、时间、电压对脱除效果的影响。结果表明:在电场作用下,提高温度和电压、延长时间有利于不稳定组分的脱除;温度、电压越高,不稳定组分中正庚烷不溶物和甲苯不溶物含量越高,净化油中甲苯不溶物越少。在试验条件下,不稳定组分最大析出率为1.4%左右;净化油中甲苯不溶物脱除率最大为96.32%;不稳定组分中正庚烷不溶物质量分数最高为54.66%、甲苯不溶物质量分数最高为51.55%;电场处理对未转化油的族组成影响不大。不稳定组分的脱除能够大幅缓解未转化油的结焦倾向。

Abstract: The heavy unstable components rich in asphaltene and toluene insoluble matter in unconverted oil from ebullated-bed residue hydrotreater are important factors affecting the secondary processing performance of unconverted oil. Based on the polarity and charged characteristics of these components, a method of electric field treatment was proposed to remove the heavy unstable components rich in asphaltene and coke from the products of ebullated-bed hydrotreater. The effects of temperature, time, and voltage on removing the unstable components in unconverted oil  from ebullated-bed hydrotreater were investigated. The results showed that under the action of an electric field, increasing temperature, time, and voltage were beneficial to the removal of unstable components; the higher the temperature and voltage, and the longer the time, the higher the content of n-heptane insoluble and toluene insoluble in the precipitate, and the less toluene-insoluble matter in the purified oil. Under the test conditions, the maximum precipitation removal rate(mass fraction) reached 1.4%, the maximum removal rate of toluene insoluble matter in the purified oil was 96.32%, and the highest contents of n-heptane insoluble and toluene insoluble in the precipitates reached 54.66% and 51.55%, respectively. Applying the electric field to remove unstable components in the unconverted oil has little effect on the four component composition of the unconverted oil. The removal of unstable components can greatly reduce the coking tendency of unconverted oil.
