溶剂脱沥青装置工艺条件研究及工业应用

摘要: 针对某炼化企业1.6 Mt/a溶剂脱沥青装置计划加工原料的性质相对装置原始设计时有较大变化的实际情况,为了探索适合目前原料的工艺操作条件和生产方案,与中石化石油化工科学研究院有限公司合作开展中型试验研究,找到了合适的工艺操作条件和产品利用方案。工业装置采用该工艺条件后,成功生产出质量较好的轻脱沥青油和重脱沥青油产品。脱沥青油产品作为二次加工装置的原料,替代了价格较高的常压渣油等原料,在优化企业生产流程的同时为企业创造了较好的经济效益。

Abstract: A 1.6 Mt/a solvent deasphalting unit of a certain refining and chemical enterprise has undergone significant changes in the properties of the planned processing stock compared to the original design of the unit. In order to explore suitable process operating conditions and production schemes for the present stock, a pilot study was carried out in cooperation with SINOPEC Research Institute of Petroleum Processing Co., Ltd., the suitable process operating conditions and product utilization scheme were found. After the application of the process conditions in the industrial plant, high-quality light deasphalted oil and heavy deasphalted oil products had be produced successfully. The deasphalted oil was used as a raw material for the secondary processing device, instead of expensive raw materials such as atmospheric residue, in optimizing the production process for the enterprise at same time to create better economic benefits
