基于CAPE-OPEN标准的SINOALKY烷基化反应器模块开发与全流程模拟

REACTOR MODULE DEVELOPMENT AND FULL PROCESS SIMULATION OF SINOALKY ALKYLATION BASED ON CAPE-OPEN STANDARD

摘要: 基于SINOALKY烷基化工艺,建立了二十集总反应动力学模型和反应器模型,并在此基础上开发了符合CAPE-OPEN标准的SINOALKY烷基化反应器模块,模块包含符合CAPE-OPEN标准的6个物流接口、数值求解器以及可视化的交互界面。将该反应器模块加载于Aspen Plus平台中,搭建了某0.2 Mt/a的SINOALKY烷基化装置全流程模型,模型的模拟效果较好;进而,考察了反应工艺参数对烷基化产品组成和性质的影响,结果表明,模型模拟值与实际烷基化工艺相符,获得了适宜的烷基化反应工艺参数。表明包含SINOALKY烷基化反应器模块的烷基化全流程模型可为SINOALKY烷基化装置的模拟优化提供重要参考。

Abstract: Based on SINOALKY sulfuric acid alkylation process, a 20-lump reaction kinetics model and a reactor model were established. On the basis, an alkylation reactor module conforming to CAPE-OPEN standard with six material interfaces, a numerical solver and a visual user interface were developed. The reactor module was loaded into Aspen Plus simulation software, and a full process model of a 0.2 Mt/a SINOALKY alkylation unit was built, the simulation effect by the model was good. Furthermore, the effects of reaction parameters on the composition and properties of alkylation products were investigated. The results showed that the model simulation values were in accordance with the actual alkylation process, and the full process model including the SINOALKY alkylation reactor module could give important reference for the simulation and optimization of SINOALKY alkylation unit.
