水煤浆制氢装置换热网络优化

摘要: 水煤浆制氢装置是炼油厂重要的氢气来源之一,采用夹点技术对某炼油厂水煤浆制氢装置换热网络进行分析,发现该换热网络存在热回收不充分、循环水消耗量大的问题,计算得到该装置的节能潜力为7 723 kW。基于分析结果,根据夹点原则对该换热网络进行优化;优化改造后该换热网络可节约加热公用工程负荷7 723 kW,每年可节约费用1 152.4万元;该优化改造方案费用较低,回收期短,节能效果明显,经济效益大幅增加。

Abstract: Hydrogen production from coal water slurry (CWS) is one of the important hydrogen sources in the refinery. It was found that the heat exchange network had the problems of insufficient heat recovery and large consumption of circulating water. The analysis results showed that the current heat exchange network could not recover energy sufficiently and consumed excess cooling water, and the energy saving potential of the unit was 7 723 kW. Based on the analysis results, the heat exchange network was optimized according to the pinch principle, which could save 7 723 kW of heat utility and 11.524 million Yuan annually. The optimized transformation scheme had the advantages of low cost, short payback period, obvious energy-saving effect and greatly increased economic benefits.
