摘要: 某炼化公司催化裂化汽油吸附脱硫S Zorb装置原料换热器结焦堵塞,影响装置长周期运行及全厂安全平稳生产。通过分析判断,原料汽油胶质含量高、换热器在线清洗不干净、原料携带杂质等因素是原料换热器结焦堵塞的主要原因。通过采取加强原料管理、改进换热器清洗方式、加注阻垢剂等针对性措施,该装置原料换热器结焦堵塞情况有明显好转,换热器运行周期由2个月提高到14个月以上。

Abstract: Coking and blockage of feed heat exchanger in the S Zorb unit of a refining and chemical company affected the long-term operation of the unit and safe and stable production of the whole plant. Through analysis and judgment, the main reasons of coking and blockage in the heat exchanger were the high content of gum in the feed gasoline, unclean on-line cleaning of the heat exchanger and impurities in the feed.The coking and blockage situation of the feed heat exchanger in the unit has been obviously improved by taking some measures, such as strengthening the management of feedstocks, improving the cleaning method of heat exchanger, and adding scale inhibitor. The operation period of the heat exchanger was increased from 2 months to more than 14 months.
