催化裂化装置采用LTAG工艺回炼不同物料的效果

EFFECT OF RECYCLING DIFFERENT MATERIALS IN FCC UNIT BY LTAG PROCESS

摘要: 分析了催化裂化装置通过LTAG喷嘴回炼加氢催化裂化柴油(LCO)、柴油加氢转化(RLG)柴油和喷气燃料馏分(常一线油)在改善炼油厂产品结构、降低柴汽比方面的效果。结果表明:催化裂化装置回炼加氢LCO时,在增产车用柴油的同时提高了汽油收率;催化裂化装置LTAG工艺和RLG工艺相结合,利用LTAG喷嘴回炼RLG柴油,可大幅降低全厂柴油产量,降低柴汽比,提高轻质油收率和经济效益;回炼喷气燃料馏分时,使其转化成汽油、液化气等高附加值产品,改善了产品结构,优化了产品分布,并解决了喷气燃料馏分需求量降低时的出路问题。

Abstract: The effect of recycling hydrogenated LCO, RLG diesel and kerosene fractions in catalytic cracking unit through LTAG (LCO to aromatics and gasoline) nozzles were analyzed in terms of improving the structure of refinery products and reducing the ratio of diesel to gasoline. The LTAG nozzles in FCC unit were used to reprocess hydrogenated LCO, which improved gasoline yield while increasing the production of vehicle diesel. The combination of LTAG process and RLG process in FCC unit could greatly reduce the output of diesel, decrease the ratio of diesel to gasoline, and increase the yield of light oil and economic benefit by recycling RLG diesel. At the same time, when the catalytic cracking unit recycled the kerosene fractions, more gasoline and LPG could be produced,thus improving the product structure, optimizing the product distribution,which could solve the market problem of jet fuel.
